FAQ
Do you shoot/book weekends?
Shoots take place between Mon-Fri 9am -4pm. Weekend sessions are available upon request at an additional cost of R500. This fee applies to public holidays as well.
Where am I located?
My studio is home-based in Helderkruin, Roodepoort JHB.
Do you Travel?
Unfortunately, I only provide studio sessions.
Do you provide hair and makeup?
Makeup services are an add on option to any package you choose, hair is the only service NOT provided, this should be arranged by you and done before you arrive for your session. Plan your travel time accordingly.
Why do a studio session?
The studio is booked for only 1 family per slot which makes it private and allows for a relaxing atmosphere. Your session will also not be affected by mother nature.
How far in advance should I book?
Bookings need to be made at least 3 months in advance, especially for weekend dates.
When will I get my photos?
Editing of photos will be done between 2-4 weeks (exluding public holidays and weekends) after confirmation of your final selections.
Do you have a cancellation fee?
Yes, it is 25% of your invoiced total.
Do you have a reschedule fee?
Yes, it is R550 and is applicable when you request a reschedule of your shoot date.
